County Commission Minutes

The County Clerk keeps the official records of the County Commission. The County Clerk has a close relationship with the County Commission. The Clerk serves the Commission by performing such duties as calling roll, recording votes, filing of resolutions, taking and storing the official minutes. The Marshall County Commission meets on the fourth Monday night of each month, except for the month of May when it falls on a holiday.  They meet in the room 2204, on the second floor in the Courthouse Annex.  The meetings start at 6:00 pm unless there is a public hearing at 5:30 pm. The County Commission meeting’s audio can be heard the next day following the meeting.

The outline for the agenda is published in the local paper approximately 9 days (on a Friday) before the meeting and on the Marshall County website.  The meeting dates can be reviewed on the County Commission website.
