There are two ways you may apply for an open position:

Marshall County Government is an e-verify employer. Civil Service Employment:
Civil Service test and initial interview will be held at the Courthouse Annex, Room 2204. To receive a civil service interview, you must pass the civil service examination at least 70 points for entry level and at least 50 points for promotional positions. There will be no make-up interviews.
